Scope discipline is part of the product. If the work cannot be evaluated against explicit technical outcomes, it is not a Bridge pilot.

At the end of the fixed scope, the platform gets a tested mapping, known gaps, security/production blockers and a go / narrow / stop decision. Continuing production work requires a separate commercial agreement.
